Bergen Fritidsfilmere presents here a short film from the first day of Adrian Sommeling’s 2-day workshop with the theme «Vikings», held at Herdla near Bergen, Norway, in June 2015. You can also read Adrian Sommeling’s own blog about the workshop: Viking workshop Organiser: Kreativ Foto Bergen in cooperation with Askøy Vikinglag Kreativ Foto Bergen consists of three friends, Unni Brekke, Jim Hansen & Frédéric Verhelst, who have joined forces to organise workshops in Bergen, with acclaimed international photographers. We operate on a non-profit basis, with the help and support of volunteers Halvor Larsen and Chalee Hansen. We are also active members of Bekkalokket Fotoklubb We have established a close cooperation with Askøy Vikinglag through the preparation and planning of the first workshop. Several of their members also acted as models for us during the workshop weekend. They cooked dinner for everyone in their camp set up for the event, serving fire-roasted deer! Make-up artists during the workshop were Malene Mørkestøl and Madeline Iversen Tybäck.
